Bid Document Services
PART offers complete, detailed bid packages for installation,
removal (turnkey) projects and modifications of assembly lines.
The purpose for the Bid Document is to achieve a comprehensive
PDF based drawing package for the contractor to base bids on
and submit to you, the customer. We work with you to ensure
that all requirements, as defined by you, are in place in the
Bid Document so your project can be bid accurately, updated
quickly as conditions change and reduce field orders, which
affect your bottom line.
PART's engineers will come to your facility, provide an on-site
investigation and stay on-site untill the Bid Document is
complete. PART works with you and your suppliers to assemble:
- Plant, Routing and Vicinity drawings
- General Schedules for overall project timeline and Detail
Schedules for each machine
- Scope of Work matrices detailing size, weight, primary
and secondary piping and power, duct connetions and work
methods
- Connection and removal drawings for piping, electric,
ducts and accessories
- Equipment installation instruction drawings in coordination
with equipment suppliers
